Dear Andrew Schneider:

Insureds Andrew Schneider and Karen Ben-Naim have asked Louis Law Group, PLLC (“LLG”) to represent them in connection with the above listed loss against TYPTAP INSURANCE COMPANY (“TYPTAP”) for property damage at 10596 Versailles Blvd., Wellington, FL 33449 (the “Property”). LLG is pleased to continue to do so, subject to acknowledgment of the following:

It is recognized and understood that differences between each insured may exist or become evident during LLG’s joint representation thereof. Notwithstanding such possibility, each insured has independently determined that it is in his or her interest to have the same law firm represent both in connection with the claim against TYPTAP.

Accordingly, the undersigned agrees that LLG may represent both insureds in connection with the above-described matter. The undersigned also agrees to waive any conflict of interest arising out of LLG’s representation of both insureds in the above-described matter.

It is further understood and agreed that LLG may freely convey necessary information related to this matter provided to us by one client to the other, and that there will be no secrets as between the each of the insured related to this matter.
